Desera Investment is participating in the reconstruction of the external port in the European Union in the city of Gdynia, which is located on the Baltic Sea.
Together with our Partners
We are responsible for coordinating the design work, obtaining formal approvals and permits and will participate in the process of selecting the general contractor of the external port. The process of obtaining a building permit is currently underway. The port is scheduled to be put into use at the turn of 2028/2029. The estimated value of the works has been estimated at EUR 145,000,000.
